Week 5

Week 5 consists of 3 different workouts.
Day 1 is  5-minute walk, then 5 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 5 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 5 minutes running.  I went 51 laps = 2.5 miles
Day 2 is 5-minute walk, then 8 minutes running, 5 minutes walking, 8 minutes running. I made it 52 laps which is the farthest I've made to far!!
Day 3 is 5-minute walk, then 20 minutes running, with no walking.  I was not ready for this going from 8 minutes to 20!!  But I did it, I ran the whole 20 minutes and didn't stop or slow down.  I only made it 49 laps but i don't care.
