Week 4

Week 4 is 5 minute warm up 3 minute run, 90 second walk, 5 minute run. 2.5 minute walk repeat.
Day 1 I don't remember how far I went.
Day 2 Well it's been a week since I've been able to run.  I went 51 laps which is about 2.5 miles!!
Day 3 I felt like I pushed myself more day but I still only went 51 laps.  But I'm excited when I was running my butt felt sore, hopefully it's finally starting to tone!
